Davis, William F.

DAVIS, William F. (fl. 1894-98) of Woodstock, Ont. was active in partnership with William Van Buskirk ( -1905) and William B. Ford as architects and surveyors. In 1895 they designed the Market Building, Market Square, WOODSTOCK, ONT. (Sentinel-Review [Woodstock], 9 July 1895, 4; C.R., vi, 18 July 1895, 2, t.c.) and the public school for S.S. NO. 2, EAST ZORRA TOWNSHIP, ONT., 1895(dwgs. in the possession of George Douglas, Woodstock). The following year they prepared plans for a Skating Arena & Club House, WOODSTOCK, ONT., 1896 (C.R., vii, 10 Dec. 1896, 1).
