GOODWIN, Henry (fl. 1875-77) practiced in Montreal under his own name and later in partnership with David G.R. Mann, with whom he designed St. Jude's Anglican Church, Vinet Street at Coursol Street, MONTREAL, QUE., 1877-79; steeple and portion of tower later removed c. 1930 (Evening Star [Montreal], 12 Oct. 1877, 2, descrip.; Evangelical Churchman [Toronto], 18 Oct. 1877, 355, descrip.; Canadian Illustrated News, xvi, 17 Nov. 1877, 307, 316, illus. & descrip.; Montreal Daily Star, 15 Oct. 1927, 12, illus., with historical article on the church; Montreal; Les Eglises, 1981, 296-99, illus.).
