RIDDELL, Andrew Johnston (1862-1924), active in Windsor, Ont., was born in Rutherglen, a suburb of Glasgow, Scotland and obtained his architectural education there. He emigrated to Canada in June 1906 and worked as a civil engineer in Winnipeg for over twelve years. He was invited to form a partnership with Herbert B.
