WEBSTER, G. (fl. 1856-62) opened an office in Belleville in 1856 (Hastings Chronicle [Belleville], 17 July 1856, 2). The following year he prepared plans for a large hotel situated on Front Street at Pinnacle Street, BELLEVILLE, ONT. and built for G.E. Henderson (Hastings Chronicle [Belleville], 19 Aug. 1857, 2, descrip.). In 1862 he had relocated to Picton, Ont. where he continued to practise (Tackabury's Bros. Canadian Advertising Directory, 1862)
