Wait, George | Biographical Dictionary of Architects in Canada

WAIT, George & Co., listed as 'Architects and Builders, Montreal' submitted an entry in the competition for Brock's Monument at Queenston, Ont. in 1843 (OA, Brock Monument Papers, MU 296, Design No. 19). A brief description and Specification of their scheme was included in their proposal, but the entry was passed over in favour of the winning scheme by Thomas Young of Toronto.
