Wilson & Wilson [Vancouver]

WILSON & WILSON, architects of Vancouver, B.C., consisting of Arthur S. Wilson and Joseph Wilson, active before WW1, and recorded in the City Directory of Vancouver, 1913, p. 1421 & 1424. No information has been found on their activity after 1914, and they may have left Canada after that date. The firm of Wilson & Wilson were one of 30 architects from the United States and Canada who submitted an entry in the competition for the Vancouver Civic Centre, 1914 (C.R., xxix, 6 January 1915, 8, list of competitors). Their design was not premiated, and the First Prize was later awarded to Theodore Korner, but his scheme was never built.
