Mickler, Jacob Herbert

MICKLER, Jacob Herbert (1857-1944) was recorded as an architect in the town of Preston, Ontario, south of Kitchener, from before 1909 to 1923. Born in Ontario on 8 July 1857, he appears to have been employed in the woodworking industry from 1891 as a furniture manufacturer, and as foreman in a furniture factory, but he also prepared plans for buildings in the Preston area for a period of nearly 15 years. He later died in Kitchener on 14 January 1944.
