Mercure, Albert

MERCURE, Albert (1895-1979) was born in Montreal, Que. on 26 September 1895 and graduated from the Ecole Polytechnique in that city in 1921. He was active in the Outremont area of Montreal where his name is associated with a variety of minor residential commission which have been recorded in building permits for the town from 1924 until 1976 (P.R. Bisson & S. Perrotte, Inventaire des Travaux d'Architectes a Outremont, 1987, 100). Mercure died in Montreal on 10 June 1979 (inf. Province of Quebec Association of Architects)
