Piper, Arthur M.

PIPER, Arthur M. (1875-1943) was active as an architect in Chatham, Ont. from 1903 until after 1910 (Chatham City Directory, 1906-07, 149). He moved to London, Ont. in 1912 and the following year was appointed City Architect and Building Inspector there, a position he held for next two decades.
