METROPOLITAN WESLEYAN METHODIST CHURCH, Queen Street East at Church Street, 1869. Eight designs were sent in for this important new ecclesiastical project on McGill Square. The design by Storm was awarded First Premium of $200, but was later set aside in favour of the Second Prize submission which had been sent in by his competitor Gundry & Langley (The Globe [Toronto], 1 April 1869, 1, report on the competition; Christian Guardian [Toronto], 7 April 1869, 55)
BUFFALO, N.Y., City & County Hall, 1871 (Horwood Coll. 754a). The winning scheme was designed by Andrew J. Warner of Rochester N.Y.
TORONTO, ONT., All Saints Anglican Church, Sherbourne Street, 1874. Six architects were invited by the Building Committee to submit plans, but only four firms took up the invitation.
