Barker, W.L.

BARKER, W.L. (fl. 1909-11) was active in Prince Rupert, B.C. where he designed a variety of commercial and residential buildings before WWI. Born in Illinois he worked as a contractor and builder in Montana, California, Oregon and Washington for twenty five years before moving to northern British Columbia in October 1909.
