ARCHITECTURAL & ENGINEERING CO. OF CANADA, was composed of a partnership of the Ottawa architectural firms of Arnoldi & Ewart and the office of Band, Burritt & Meredith, and was formed in late 1904 (C.A.B., xvii, Dec. 1904, xi). It was officially incorporated and registered in July 1905 (Ottawa Journal, 29 July 1905, 19).
