MEAFORD, ONT., Town Hall, 1907. The office of Forster & Clark in Owen Sound was one of seven firms who submitted designs for the civic building in Meaford (inf. Fred Kennedy, Heritage Meaford). Their scheme was passed over in favour of the winning proposal sent in by Ellis & Connery of Toronto.
